Great way to start a Monday, thank you. I notice that these conversations happen between individuals, not organisations. Organisations just seem to drink the Kool nAid, or maybe they’re mainlining. Makes yu wonder, when a small network of individuals can access AI to go round organisations, what are most organisations for now?

There are zombie organisations out there, going through the motions but lacking any soul or purpose. They keep going because they have the structure and resources and the market presence but the time is coming when much smaller orgs, maybe even small groups of people, can take their market. It’s a combination of tech (Inc AI & robots) and new ways of organising and working.

Floppy discs. I remember those!

Re the future I’m sure I was promised that flying cars, and magic food printers would be in the shops by now and I’d be paying with my universal wage. And where is my house robot?

Quite frankly, if an tech-bro fathered AI is born it’s going to be a monster and we’ll all be in the Matrix.

Having said that, most of my retired friends struggle with opening more than one tab at once on their laptops, so maybe it will only get the young ones.
